MoneyGram money transfer is an electronic funds transfer service that enables individuals send & receive money from over 200 countries and MoneyGram Agent locations around the World.

With Access Bank’s MoneyGram services, you are assured of receiving your money in over 300 Access Bank branches nation-wide from Monday through Friday and from selected locations on Saturdays and public holidays. The product is uniquely designed to allow both customers and non-customers of Access Bank receive and send funds.

Requirements for Receiving Payments

Beneficiaries can receive MoneyGram at any of our branches nationwide by providing the following:

Transfer Reference Number.
Expected Amount.
Verified BVN.
Sender’s name and country.
Test Question and Answer (optional).
Fully completed form.

Requirements for Sending Payments

Sender’s name, phone number, address.
The receiver’s name and country.
Amount in Naira.
Verified BVN.
Test Question and Answer, where applicable.
A maximum send limit of 1,000USD Naira equivalent per customer per quarter, as stipulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Eligibility

This service is available to both account holders and walk-in-customers who are above 18 years.

Acceptable Identification

The only acceptable means of identification is verified BVN

Pick-up Cash in US Dollars

Customers and non-customers can pick-up cash in US Dollars at any of our branches or have deposited directly into their domiciliary account upon receipt of foreign currency.

To pick up cash at any of our branches, the customer must carry any of the below valid means of identification:

BVN
Nigerian Driver’s License
International Passport
Permanent Voter’s Card
NIMC ID card
