  • 填写妥的开户申请表表格，包括签字授权部分

  • 公司注册文件之 Form CO7和 FORM CO2
  • 公司注册证书/商业登记证
  • 两封推荐信
  • 公司注册文件之公司章程及组织架构
  • 本地水电费公用设施帐单
  • KYC form: 客户身份验证表（我行代办）

  • Duly completed account opening form including signature mandate section.
  • 2 Passport pictures
  • Valid means of identification for each signatory e.g. National Identity card, Driver's License, International Passport or Voter’s card
  • Form CO7 and Form CO2
  • Certificate of incorporation / Business Registration
  • 2 references
  • Memorandum and Article of Association
  • Utility Bill
  • KYC form
  • Search Report
  • CERPAC or STR (Or evidence of filling)
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
 

Individual Wantong Account

  • Duly completed account opening form including signature mandate section.
  • 2 Passport pictures
  • Valid means of identification for each signatory e.g. National Identity card, Driver's License, International Passport or Voter’s card
  • 2 references (If Current account)
  • Utility Bill
  • KYC form
  • CERPAC or STR (Or evidence of filling)
