Enrolment process 

• Customer dials *901#
• Customer selects transfer
• Customer is prompted to create PIN with the options as shown in the screenshot below

Where customer clicks option 1:

• He/she is prompted to input the last “6-digits” of his/her debit card PAN
• Customer is prompted to input account number (account number mapped to the debit card).
• Customer is prompted to create a “4-digit” PIN

Where customer picks option 2:

• He/she is prompted to enter Date of Birth with the format DDMMYYYY as seen in the screenshot below
• Customer is prompted to input account number
• Customer is then prompted to create a “4-digit” PIN
