Enrolment process
- Customer dials *901#
- Customer selects transfer
- Customer is prompted to create PIN with the options as shown in the screenshot below
Where customer clicks option 1:
- He/she is prompted to input the last “6-digits” of his/her debit card PAN
- Customer is prompted to input account number (account number mapped to the debit card).
- Customer is prompted to create a “4-digit” PIN
Where customer picks option 2:
- He/she is prompted to enter Date of Birth with the format DDMMYYYY as seen in the screenshot below
- Customer is prompted to input account number
- Customer is then prompted to create a “4-digit” PIN
